Is The Chronic Pain Blueprint Right For You?

Answer the questions below honestly. This helps Dr. Conrad understand your specific pattern before your Clarity Visit so you don't have to spend your first appointment explaining your entire history to someone who isn't really listening.

Meet Dr. Conrad

Dr. Conrad has treated more than 2,000 patients with back, neck or shoulder pain that keeps coming back. The pattern is predictable. It improves for a while, then it returns. That cycle is not bad luck. It means the real cause was never fully addressed.

He believes relief is not the finish line. If your back, neck, or shoulders keeps failing when life gets demanding, something deeper is still there. Most care stops when the pain drops. He does not.

The Chronic Pain Blueprint was built to help you stop negotiating with pain. To correct what keeps triggering the pain and create a personalized roadmap to build you back strong enough to handle real life stress. When that happens, you stop planning your life around your pain.

I built The Chronic Pain Blueprint because relief was never enough for me. I’ve lived with EDS, and chronic back, neck, and shoulder pain for most of my life. I got tired of negotiating with my pain and giving up the things that made me who I am.

That didn’t change until I stopped chasing symptoms and started addressing the real cause.

That’s why I built The Chronic Pain Blueprint.

If your pain keeps coming back, something was missed. My job is to find it, fix it, and help you get back to living without constantly managing it.

What others are saying

“I Stopped Trusting My Back”

I had treated my back before. It would calm down, then come back. What wore me down wasn’t just the pain, it was the hesitation. I started planning my week around it. The Low Back Rebuild was different. We fixed what kept setting it off. I don’t think about my back every day anymore.

- Brigitte

“I Was Shrinking My Life Around It”

My shoulder pain wasn’t constant, which made it worse. I never knew when it would grab. I avoided lifts and stopped pushing myself. This wasn’t about temporary relief. It addressed the real cause. Now I train without hesitation.

- Tony

“It Finally Makes Sense”

It would feel fine until I stressed it. Then I’d be right back where I started. What changed here was understanding why it kept happening. We didn’t stop when it felt better. We built it strong enough to handle real stress. I don’t brace before every movement anymore.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this just another form of physical therapy or chiropractic care?

No. Most care focuses on reducing pain. The Chronic Pain Blueprint focuses on correcting what keeps triggering it and increasing your tolerance under real stress. We do not stop when the pain drops. We stop when the breakdown pattern is addressed.

I’ve already tried treatment before. Why would this be different?

Recurring pain usually improves temporarily, then returns because the underlying cause was never fully addressed. This process is structured around identifying that cause and rebuilding your body so it can handle demand without repeatedly breaking down.

How long does The Chronic Pain Blueprint take?

The Chronic Pain Blueprint is delivered in structured plans of 15, 18, 24, or 30 sessions. Most patients complete the process in 18 to 24 sessions. Each session lasts 45 to 60 minutes and progresses you intentionally through stabilization, strength building, and real life integration. Your exact recommendation is made during the Clarity Visit.

Is this for acute pain?

This program is designed for pain that keeps coming back. If you have repeated flares or periods of improvement followed by regression, this is likely a fit. If this is your first episode, we determine that during your Clarity Visit.

Is this a long term maintenance program?

No. The goal is not endless visits. The goal is to correct what keeps triggering the pain and build your body back so you do not have to keep managing it.

What if I’ve been told I need surgery?

Some cases require surgery. Many do not. Recurring mechanical breakdown is often addressable without it. We evaluate your specific situation carefully before making any recommendation.

What does it cost?

The Chronic Pain Blueprint is a premium, structured correction process. Investment depends on the depth of rebuilding required and the number of sessions recommended. That is discussed clearly during your Clarity Visit once we understand your specific case.

What happens during the Clarity Visit?

We assess your movement, identify your breakdown pattern, and determine what has been missed. You leave with a clear understanding of why this keeps happening and whether The Chronic Pain Blueprint is the right next step.

Ready To Find Out What's Actually Going On?

Your Clarity Visit is where it starts. One assessment. Complete clarity. No pressure, no obligation. Just finally understanding why your pain keeps coming back and what it would take to correct it.

What The Chronic Pain Blueprint Actually Is

This is not another round of the same treatment with a different name. This is a structured, three phase process built around one goal. Finding what keeps triggering your pain and correcting it permanently.

Phase I

Identify & Expose

We assess your movement, your nervous system, and your history to find the pattern that has been missed. Most patients experience their first real moment of clarity here. Finally understanding why their body keeps breaking down.

Phase II

Correct and Rebuild

Once we know what we're working with, we correct the underlying dysfunction and progressively rebuild your strength, stability, and tolerance. This is where the real change happens.

Phase III

Integrate and Hold

Strength and stability mean nothing if they don't hold under real life. We reintroduce stress strategically until your body proves it can handle demand without falling back into the old pattern.

The outcome is not temporary relief. It is a body you can trust again.
