This isn’t charity. It’s service, the kind that turns generosity into motion.
The mission to move lives forward
Operation Iron Will was created to help veterans living with chronic pain reclaim their strength and their life. This isn’t quick-fix care. It’s a complete three-month recovery plan designed individually for each veteran, that blends movement, functional wellness, rehabilitation, and functional strength training in a measurable, proven process.
We measure outcomes, not promises. Every participant completes baseline testing, progress tracking, and a follow-up evaluation so their results are clear and lasting.
Integrity: Every dollar raised goes directly to patient care.
Service: Veterans receive individualized, one-on-one treatment designed for real change.
Proof: Results are documented and shared in our annual Iron Will Report.
Community: We stand together, because motion builds more than muscles — it builds lives.

I’m a veteran, a rehab chiropractor, and a movement-focused clinician. I started Operation Iron Will because too many veterans live with pain that steals motion, work, and everyday life. This mission gives veterans access to care with dignity — care that listens, tests, and proves results.
At Conrad Spine and Sport, we combine functional medicine, strength-based rehab, and movement restoration into one cohesive system. Every plan is individualized. We test on day one, track progress along the way, and retest to prove what’s changed. When veterans move better, sleep better, and work without fear of flare-ups, life opens back up.
Freedom should include the freedom to move
Care should be honest, personal, and measurable
Service never stops, it just changes form
Step 1 Apply to Join the Mission
Veterans complete a short online application to share their story, goals, and current challenges. Each month, ten veterans are selected based on readiness, need, and fit for this model of care.
Step 2 Begin the First Phase of Care
Each participant starts with a complete evaluation and functional wellness plan that addresses movement, health, and recovery from the inside out. Conrad Spine and Sport provides this first month of care at no cost to every veteran who joins the mission.
Step 3 Rebuild Through Strength and Movement
During months two and three, veterans progress through a personalized combination of functional medicine, strength development, and movement restoration. Each program is designed for measurable outcomes that improve energy, stability, and real-world performance.

We measure what matters: strength regained, confidence rebuilt, and life restored. Pain relief is just the start. What follows is measurable progress in stability, endurance, and daily function.
Every veteran who completes care contributes to our growing data that shows real recovery is possible when movement and functional medicine work together.
